I had fun making this Seas the Day Card the other day! Lets take a look!
First, here’s the stamp set! It’s SOOOO cute! Aren’t all these little ocean creatures so adorable?? And that Octopus…I mean, really! I didn’t use him on this card…but I sure could have!
Next, here’s the colors I used
- Balmy Blue
- Calypso Coral
- Night of Navy
Personally, I think it’s a great color combo!
Here’s a close up of one of the squares. Look at the detail in that crab…these stamps are Ah-Maze-Ing!
Cut the 3 Basic White squares 1 1/4 inch. Then, cut the the Night of Navy squares 1 1/2 inches. Pop these up with dimensionals on the card.
TIP!! When adding the squares to the card front, start with centering the middle one. Then you can add the other two and they will all be centered.
The strip of Waves of the Ocean Designer Series Paper (COMING SOON…1 March!) is 5 1/2 x 2, and the strip of Night of Navy cardstock is 5 1/2 x 1. Start with the Night of Navy strip, then add the DSP on top.
Stamp the Sentiment in Night of Navy and add some Balmy Blue bubbles!
Don’t forget to stamp on the inside! I added a fish and some more bubbles.
